| Monthly rates range from $325 to $475 per month, plus metered electric usage. In order to guarantee your reservation, a credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and will be charged at time of reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Deposits will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation fee, if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before scheduled check-in time. Cancellation made after this deadline, will be charged a fee equal to one night’s stay. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required on Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day weekends. No refunds are available for early departures or due to weather conditions. We accept the following 10% RV discount programs: TACO, Good Sam, FMCA, AARP and AAA. We accept the following 15% RV discount programs: Escapees. We accept the following 50% discount programs on Sunday through Thursday with cash payment only: Camp Club USA, Happy Campers and Passport America. The 50% discount programs are not accepted on holidays, or in conjunction with any other programs or discounts. Please request discount when making reservations. All RV’s are subject to approval by management in an effort to provide a clean, pleasing environment for all guests. |
