Monthly rates range from $325 to $475 per month, plus metered electric usage.
In order to guarantee your reservation, a credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and will be charged at time of reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Deposits will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation fee, if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before scheduled check-in time. Cancellation made after this deadline, will be charged a fee equal to one night’s stay. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required on Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day weekends.

No refunds are available for early departures or due to weather conditions.

We accept the following 10% RV discount programs: TACO, Good Sam, FMCA, AARP and AAA. We accept the following 15% RV discount programs: Escapees. We accept the following 50% discount programs on Sunday through Thursday with cash payment only: Camp Club USA, Happy Campers and Passport America. The 50% discount programs are not accepted on holidays, or in conjunction with any other programs or discounts. Please request discount when making reservations.

All RV’s are subject to approval by management in an effort to provide a clean, pleasing environment for all guests.

Our rates are prorated your first month for the exact dates you are on-site. However, they are not prorated the month you leave. We require a 30-day notice period.

Each cabin includes a full bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area. They are fully furnished, including linens, pillows, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. They also include DirecTV.

No smoking or pets in cabins.

Rental Trailer Rates – These units includes a full bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area. They are fully furnished, including linens, pillows, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. They also include DirecTV. No smoking in the Rental Trailers. Small, well-behaved pets are allowed in the Rental Trailers for a fee of $10 per pet.

Additional Rental Unit Policies

No refunds are available for early departures or due to weather conditions. You will be held responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged. Guest will be given an inventory at check-in.

A $100 deposit is required at time of reservation. Deposit is refunded by check after the event and the room is inspected. Guests must cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival date for a deposit refund; otherwise, deposit is non-refundable.
** Meeting rooms rates are discounted 15% with group reservations of cabins, trailers and/or RV sites of $200 or more.
